I have been looking for a suitable workstation withing price range of $1500 keeping in view the smooth performance of the following softwares:
1) HD editing (Premier CS6)
2) 3D rendering (Cinema4D, 3DMax, After Effects cc, Real Flow)

Note: Most importantly the workstation should be able to work in the misty weather.

Prebuilt PCs are not good enough? Okay, I take your suggestion. Now I am interested in Intel machines and a very very very good graphic card for rendering and video editing. I want to use all $1500 in CPU. What do you suggest me brother?

It's also fine but processor has 8MB cache... I require atleast 15 MB Cache
