Looking for the best $200 Tablet

As the title says, I'm looking for a $200 or $250, I currently have my eyes on Nexus 7 (2013) it fits all of my Wishlist except no.2 (Kinda)

Here's my Wishlist
1. 7" to 10" Tablet

2. Must be compatible with Stylus, For drawing Purposes. (My current choice of Styli is Adonit Jot Pro but if you called reccomend me something better, Thanks!)

3. Good Batter Life (8h +)

4. A Decent Camera (5 mp is enough)

5. A nice resolution

6. Wishful Thinking "Optional" - Have as an OS of Android Lollipop?

Hands down, Nvidia shield. Or nexus 7 2013, if shield is not available. I don't think there's any other tablet in the market right now that comes near these.
