Looking for the best air cooler for overclocking

Please tell me the best PERFORMANCE AIR cpu cooler for my 6700k & z170 motherboard.

I use ram.... like everyone...

I want a air cooler that doesnt get blocked by the rams and I dont want to remove fans that are included with the cooler


please tell me the best air cooler that i buy and equip with no problem and install everything that is included with the box.
