Hey guys! This is my first time here. I'm looking for the best CPU cooler for my FX-8320. I'm not going to OC. I just want to play Rainbow Six: Siege or The Division without feeling like I have an A-10 Cuba engine inside my case. Thank you for reading!

My setup:

Mother Asus M5A99X Evo
Cpu Amd FX-8320 Black Edition (stock cooler)
Psu XFX XTR 750W
Gpu Sapphire AMD R9 390x
Case Aerocool Xpredator X1 Black (2 stock case fans)

Solution
Considering the age of that CPU, I would not recommend spending more than $25-35 on a cooler. I recommend a Hyper212 EVO or Cryorig H7.
Yes, those mentioned by Ecky should do the work, but just no overclocking, also, I have the 212X on a similar processor, it worked good, but not excellent, most of the time hit max fan speed, for that I jumped to a Hyper 612 and used the fan from the 212X, and its perfect.

For another recommendation I will mention the Enermax ETS-T40, I've heard good things about them, sometimes even better than the 212.

Also be aware to increase your case airflow, I would recommend 4 fans, 2 intake and 2 exhaust well positioned, 2 fans is not enough even with a good cooler.
