I'm looking for the best motherboard possible for under $100 that's compatible with my CPU. Also, one that uses my PSU to its potential, as in a motherboard that uses the 24-pin ATX connector and the extra ATX 12v 6-pin power connector (or 8 pin)

Here are my specs:

Processor: AMD FX -4130 3.8Ghz Processor FD4130FRGUBOX, Black Edition

Graphics Card: ASUS HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2 AMD Radeon HD 7770 VGA 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX600)

Motherboard: Gigabyte AMD 760G + SB710 Chipset DDR3 1333 AM3+ Micro ATX Motherboard (GA-78LMT-S2P)

RAM: PNY Optima 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3

I guess I understand what your saying, but I never actually came upon building the PC yet, but I do know that my mobo has only a ATX 12v 4-pin power connector port, and my PSU has a 6+2-pin power connector.

You'll need that 6 pin for when you upgrade to a newer graphics card
