looking for the best gpu for my system

hi guys,
i have a pentium E5200 @2.5ghz
a DG31PR mobo
4gb ddr2 @800mhz
and a 450W psu
i plan to add a gtx 750ti since i have a vacant pciex16 slot (version 1.1 i think)
will my system bottleneck my gpu. if it does too much then which gpu is best for me.

good pick, CPU is still kind of weak bur 750ti is good pair.
