What I am looking for is the best GPU I can get for my PC on a 150.00 budget.
this is my System,

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD FX-6300 37 °C
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 936MHz (10-11-10-30)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M5A99FX PRO R2.0 (Socket 942) 36 °C
Graphics
Panasonic-TV (1920x1080@30Hz)
ASUS VH238 (1920x1080@30Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (XFX Pine Group) 51 °C
Power supply is 750 W

At the moment the biggest game I play is Skyrim and Sniper Ghost Warrior 3. But GPU is lagging.

Any info would be great, remember 150 or less please

I mean the best for your system would be the 1050ti, I think anything more than that would be bottlenecked by your CPU.

A GTX 1050 is a good choice, but if you can stretch the budget a little bit more you can go for a 1050ti which would be much better for the extra $30-40.

I guess you're talking about the AMD side? Because then I'd maybe say the RX460. The RX470 would have been a good choice months ago as that was around the same price as the 1050Ti but people started to realise that it was a good card for mining so prices soared.

Ok been shopping around for said cards but here's a question for ya. A friend of mine just upgraded and is getting rid of his old card. Nothing wrong with it he's just got money and built a whole new monster of a system. Anyway it's a ASUS Radeon RX 550 2 GB. Would this be what I'm looking for? If you think it would be a good buy for me what do you think it would be? New I can get 1 for around 90-100 and I know what he wants for this , he bought it new, no over clock or over play , smoke free and light play. Basically new or like new condition. Let me know he's looking to get rid of it quick and again thank you

I would go with the 1050ti. It's faster. Has more vram, so you can get higher textures. It will last longer than the 550 and you can take it to a future system if you want.
