Looking for the best optimal graphic card

Hey guys I'm looking for an optimal graphic card
listed down below are my specifications:
PSU: Circle 400 Watt CPH698 V12 SMPS
Motherboard: ASUS M5A 78L-M LX V2
Processor: AMD fx 6100 (6 core)
Ram: 4 gb
graphics total memory: ATI Radeon 3000 : 2gb

Also if specifying a graphic card please let me know if I need an additional cooling system or need to change my cabinet as my cabinet is kinda with 2 small fans
Any suggestion is helpful as i was planning to buy soon. is there a 4 gb ram which is better than the 2 gb GTX 760 ?

2| You could look at the GTX1050Ti 4GB version but I'd ask you to change the PSU to something more reliable.

1 and 2. Isn't 400 watts enough for the GTX 760
3. I live in Mumbai, India and yeah about 10000 (in Rupees) (200 USD) although I'm open to suggestions

he isn't saying that 400 watts isn't enough, he is saying the quality of psu you have is really bad. Basically it isn't reliable and you should really swap psu's to a good quality build one. Also I think you mean 200 USD. 2G=2000 dollars or roughly 127145 Rupees, just a heads up!

Okay my bad.. dont know the US currency. Okay so what would be a decent PSU unit please mention that too. IS Corsair HX 650 good enough?
