Looking for the best setup

Cpu: i7-4770k
Mobo: MSI Z87, Socket-1150
Ram: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 16 GB KIT
Gpu: ASUS GeForce Gtx 780 3gb
SSD: Crucial M500 SSD 2.5" 240GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1tb
Monitor: Acer 24" Led
Keys: Steelseries Apex

So this is what I've got so far, I was wondering how far I can overclock this, and if you can think of any changes for either lowering the price,or making improvments.. I'm on a budget, can't use much more..

If this is just a gaming rig, 16gb or RAM is overkill, just get 8gb.

What cpu cooler do you plan on using?
