Looking for the best upgrade for a acer aspire 5515 laptop cpu

Right now i own a acer aspire 5515 laptop. it run with a AMD Athlon 64 at 1.6 GHz. I was reading around and i found a few options but im not sure if they will work.
1) AMD Athlon X2 5050e Energy Efficient 2.6 GHz Dual-Core ADH5050IAA5DO Processor
2)Athlon 64 X2 6000 or Athlon 64 X2 6400
3)AMD Athlon X2 4450B
I would prefer something around 2.5 and up if possible
