i have amd sempron 140 2.7 ghzz processor with 8gb ddr3 ram, and MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD 3665h (CPU 1) mother board, and display(1366*768) resolution which graphic card suits best for my pc

Well, what're you planning to do on that PC?
If you're planning to do anything but some basic work and streaming, I would recommend a better CPU (or maybe just get a new CPU for a faster system in general).

I would recommend a GTX 750 Ti as it can be brought forward with any system that you plan to get in the future. It is also pretty cheap and should do well on anything you throw at it (as long as it isn't really graphics intensive such as video processing or gaming).

For gaming a GPU would be a waste of money since the game wouldn't even start on that CPU. IF you want to game then upgrade to Intel
 


Really, any upgrade (whether to Intel or AMD) would be a welcome upgrade to his system (if he was planning to game). Of course, he hasn't specified what he's planning to do.
