Looking for the Quietest DvD Burner

i see lots of brands of Drives, and quite honestly none of them offer the specifications that i look for.. a quiet drive.

does anyone know of, have or recommend a DvD burner that is quiet?

Plextor drives are known to be quite drives but your going to pay quite a bit more and from what I have read is that they are going to quit selling dvd burners overseas but didnt say whether that will also happen in the U.S., in other words the ones that the average person would buy.
