Next year I'm planning on building an HTPC and I'm currently looking up cases on PCPartPicker. The only issue is they're all big enough to carry a full sized GPU, and I'd rather not use one that big as I'm planning on using a AMD Zen/Vega APU next year(which should be more than enough for playing HEVC/4K.). So basically, a dgpu is useless for this build.

So anyway the list would be:
AMD Zen/Vega APU
Mini itx AM4 board
8GB DDR4
Smallest PSU possible
1TB SSD
No optical media needed.
Front panel usb 3.0 preferred
