i only want to keep Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

i would need need motherboard and cpu
i have 650w psu
also spend around 150-250
looking to use it for gaming

Do you have compatible memory though??

All modern platforms used DDR4 memory, all probability is that you have DDR3 memory which is not compatible.

Yeah any motheboard/cpu combo that still uses ddr2 would at best be a very marginal upgrade.

I made sure the board is a B350 unit, you can overclock if you need to with it.
