Gt 210 is very old and extremely poor card most of the inbuilt cards are better than it.
Your system is old and backdated so i would recommend a total upgrade for the time being you can use the GTX 750 its a decent card and you will see a very good performance boost using this card.

Well I can't really have a total upgrade because it means I have to buy a whole new system. I really only need to remove the graphics card because its the bane of my problems. What I have in mind would be NVIDIA 8800 GT and NVIDIA 9500 GT, even though they're old at least they perform a lot better. Which is better ?

There is no meaning to buy those cards i am not sure if they are still available i used to have a gt 9500 8 years ago it was a good card for that time but now you cannot play any games with that.
Try to get the gtx 750.
