depending on the manufacture [sapphire- powercolor , XFX ] they should have there own global warrantee
if not sure just send there support a e-mail on that and get there official answer

Our Warranty in India can vary be region and retailer. I would contact the vendor and ask them what the manufacturer warranty is, or what they cover locally before purchasing.
