Looking for xmas pc to play isle

My daughter is wanting isle for Christmas looking for a new pc that will run it . Would prefer a prebuilt but doesn't need to be. Below are the min specs can be a little better that way it will play some other games but trying to keep it still around budget priced.

Can you elaborate, SC can mean many things 😛

I'm guessing its the US, aka South Carolina I believe, Im british so yeah 😛

Will you need to include the OS in with this, as this will add up to be over your budget.
