[SOLVED] Looking forward upgrading my pc, what should i upgrade?

I'mm still a student so i don't have that much money.
My pc is downgrading.
Just looking forward to upgrade my pc good enough to run moderns games these days at like medium 60fps. (Apex Legends, Fortnite,...)
Cpu: xeon 1650 v2
gpu:nvidia quadro k4000
mobo: ROG VI GENE
Ram:32gb ddr3 ram
Power source:750 bronzev2 evga
1 tb storage
238 ssd
I think i will focus my money on the cpu and gpu the most. Keeping everything else.
What would you guys recommend me?

For the the cpu I would recommend the ryzen 2600($150-170) with a b450 mobo $80ish but you would also have to buy ddr4 ram since you only have ddr3. For the gpu a 1050ti($150). This is more of a mid range system but didn't really know what your budget was.

Oh yeah i forgot to say i'm planning to keep the mobo and ram.
So is there any good gaming graphics card that is compatible with my cpu and mobo right now?
