[SOLVED] looking graphics upgrade suggestion

I am running an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G an AMD A320M motherboard and 8gb of memory with a Radeon RX Vega 11 integrated graphics card

i have a sceptre C27 curved monitor and i am getting all sorts of lag spikes will getting more memory fix my problems or do i need to get a different graphics card if so which one for my setup thanks in advance

Define, lag. What sort of tasks do you tax the system with? I'd also ask you to pass on your full system's specs like so:

i think thats everything i dont keep very many things open in the background at all any game i play at regular intervals i get fps drops some games i can play through it but games like mass effect andromeda it happens a lot and makes it unplayable

the fps drops go 60 down to 1

You need to get a dedicated graphic card for smoother gameplay I will recommend you to get RX580 also if you have more budget then you can also consider buying RXT2060
