Looking in the $200 range

I'm currently shopping around for a gfx card somewhere near $200 to complement a system I'm putting together (P4 2.4C, MSI Neo2). Probably sticking with ATI. My most likely options (along with current pricewatch prices) are:

9600 pro 256 - $132
9600 pro ultimate - $189
9700 128 - $218
9700 pro - $230
9800 128 - $232

Any recommendations? Thanks!

Edit: I now see the GeForce 5900 128 is $299 on pricewatch... I suppose that's another candidate.

If at all possible try to get at least the R9700 nonpro.
Loads of performance as its got the full texture pipelines and 256bit mem interface.
Just like a pro except clocked a little slower.

i'm not insult, i'm suggesting in a mad way.

Me and Spitfire spent time to make a FAQ to help people, and these noobs still post questions like these. WHY DO U THINK I SPENT TIME MAKE A FAQ? so there will be less than 20 posts a days asking "i have X dollars which card should i get. or I have trouble choose between these cards."

Hey CoolSquirtle and SPitfire, and others, exceptional job on the FAQ/Guide though I do agree it can use some of the suggested revisions. But most noobs don't even know to look for such a FAQ because they have never been to THG before. You have a kind heart, but I would suggest that you don't come across so harsh next time. I understand it can be frustrating that some of the newbs will miss the FAQ that yous spent alot of timel, effort, and hard work into.

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!
