looking low budget for a 24"-32" wallmountable display

I'm looking for a wall mountable monitor preferably 24 to 32 inches with dvi or hdmi (vga is okay too though) for less than $140 total (including the tax and the shipping cost. lcd led plasma doesn't matter.
