Looking on getting Subs

I have a 2013 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4x4 and was looking to get subwoofers just cuz i like bass like that > I have no idea where to even start though. please help 0_0 .All I know is that you need an amp and the subs them self with the case but besides that I don't know anything

My suggestion is that you go online and google for some tutorials using words such as "tutorial subwoofer car amplifier diagram" etc..

Doing so will help you learn and gain additional understanding of what you want to do and how it can be done, and any options that you have.

Speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers all need to be properly matched. So if you already have speakers in place it is even more important that you learn and plan carefully.

Otherwise you may cause permanent damage to your sound system.

It really depends on what type if bass that you would like to have in you'er truck.
Different types of boxes make different types of bass, if you own a ported box it will hit harder if you own a closed box it will be more of an inside bass
In side and out side differences
Inside is where you can hear the bass really well inside the cab of the truck.
Out side it where you will hear it from down the street

Really you can still have a stock sound unit and add a sub and amp
