Looking to budget build.

Hello was curious about a budget build using this part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dqtWqk was also going to have a Samsung evo 250gb ssd drive as well

Already have video card from older system would get an updated one next step. Would appreciate any tips or advice thank you!

What kind of rig are you trying to make? is this a gaming rig?

If it is. It looks decent but I would maybe look at changing the board for the MSI M7. Seems to have better overclocking, it's geared more towards that then your selected board. However, they are basically the same in specs.

Also I would change out the video card. R9s are kinda getting out classed out nowadays. They are outdated. But as you said, future upgrade path.

And for sure go with an SSD.

Thank you for advice and yes looking at just for moderate gaming something with decent performance but that doesnt break the bank

its a pretty good build but the GPU you might have performance issues with some newer games. it might hold you over till you are able to get a new GPU like you already mentioned though
