Looking to build 2,00 CAD Yellow/Black build, need help

I'm looking for suggestions on making a new gaming build, I have a general idea for what I want, but since I'm being picky I need help. I don't have the time (new baby, stressful job that has me on call 24/7) to do my own hunting to find parts that fit my criteria (costs, performance, reliability, and to fit in my layout/theme).

Specifically I want a system with a Yellow and Black theme, hopefully with parts from the same Brand
Budget is $2,000 CAD

here are the parts and thing I know I want:
CPU: i7 4790 with water cooling
GFX: Nvidia 970/980(depending on rest of system cost, not a big deal for brand name)
RAM: 16GB
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD and WD Black 1TB HDD
Case: Looking at the Corsair 780T Yellow, shame it's still not available

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
