I live in Australia, components are about 20% more expensive here. I don't have a price range but if I you can save me money, I would love it. :)

I intend to use 4K in the future for gaming and will definitely have a home cinema system.

I will either use dual 780ti or 780. I don't like the noise from the 290s. I have no intent to tri-SLI.
