Budget of $750-800.

Need something that can run modern triple-A games at 1080p/consistent 60FPS. Can I get some suggestions?

No, it does not come with an optical drive. You can use a USB to install Windows. Just download it from Microsoft and use the Key that comes with the OS disc.

Or you could add a drive for an extra $15 or so.
