As title says, I'm looking to build a PC for quite graphic demanding game especially Warframe, with highest settings and resolution on League of Legends, and etc. The thing here is, I can play LoL perfectly fine with my current rig,but I can't play Warframe without dipping my FPS down to 10~20 when entering an area with lots of enemy, which is pretty game breaking. So what I'm looking for is, to build a PC that is able to run graphic demanding game at steady 60FPS (dipping to 50~ is fine) under the budget of $1500 (Let's not take about game like Crysis here)

Thanks in advance!

(Peripherals not included in budget)

Edit: Possibly, a good looking mid tower case and Rosewill Lightning power (it looks dope as hell)
