I am looking into building a PC that will run most simulators ets 2,assetto corsa etc. on medium to high settings the only trouble is I'm on a tight budget so what specs would you recommend ??

You need to say what your budget is before requesting for someone to make a pc for you.
You also need to state what you want in it. Do you need a monitor, keyboard, os, etc. along with it.
