I'm looking to build a new computer that will be primarily used for gaming. My budget is $1800 shipping to Maldives. I already have a good monitor so I'll only be needing the PC. Any suggestions?

That's true. Won't this build be future-proof? Also if I were to propose a budget of $1900 disregarding import costs, what would the setup look like?
There is nothing as future-proof. Technology advances with time, and the best build right now will become mediocre after a few yrs. The above build is solid for 4-5 yrs. If you want better, go with this...
