Looking to build a Good gaming computer for about $850

My budget is 800-850 MAX

I would like a computer that could handle

(Battlefield 4, Payday2, crysis 3, The witcher 3, Ect) with atleast High/Ultra settings

("AND if you could tell me what kind of FPS I would get on those games with the build you suggest i would greatly appreciate it and feel more comfortable with buying it")

I don't think an 850$ PC would handle the Witcher 3 on the highest settings considering my 2500$ can't handle the Witcher 2 at the highest settings without dropping to the high 30s, anyways:

Goes a little bit over budget, but you can probably get a 280x with a smaller HDD to make it cheaper and it'll still run great

Unless Witcher 3 is really well optimized, anything under 850 cant get 60fps on high/ultra. This should do well in the other games listed at High 50-60fps http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VV7fxr
