Question Looking to build a new PC and was looking for some advice or builds 2019

So my budget is around $2000 and im looking to build a powerhouse of a PC. I somewhat know what im doing but I want to get the most cost efficient I can while getting the best FPS and smoothness I can. I already have a great razor setup (Mouse, Pad, and Headset), I need a monitor and info on a nice running build.

This build would be my choice.

• Fast CPU with good OC support. I went with the Ryzen 2700 since there is no need for a 2700x with overclocking. I'm a bit gun shy about Intel with their performance getting butchered by patching security flaws. The worst being no Hyperthreading and reduced storage performance.
• Good quality motherboard.
• Fast RAM. Since it is Crucial you don't have to worry much about adding more later if you get the same model.
• Blazing fast SSD with room for a lot of games.
• Tons of storage space on the HDD.
• Nice 2560x1440 monitor with 155hz capability. Supporting high FPS at a sharp resolution. 4K and high FPS costs too much and 1920x1080 simply does not need your budget. I'd consider an IPS panel preferable. Unfortunately a good one at that resolution and 144Hz is too expensive.
• Good quality PSU. Get black if you want or Seasonic Focus Plus Gold.
• High End GPU to support high FPS gaming.
• High performance liquid cooler because that is what everyone seems to want. Although I'd just get a Scythe Mugen 5 Rev B or Thermalright Macho Direct.
• Does not include Windows.

Okay everything seems really nice, what would the specs look like, what would I get playing games like PUBG, DOTA 2, The Witcher 3, GTA 5 on MAX settings?

Your games respond best to fast single thread cpu performance.
That would be i5-9600K, or i7-9700K which each can run at a clock near 5.0.
The best any current ryzen can do is around 4.3
Considering that ryzen 3000 is imminent you might want to wait for some benchmarks.

If you can, go to see some prospective monitors.
Bust your budget for a really good one.
Look at image quality.
TN panels are fast but ips type have better image quality.
For a more immersive gaming experience, I would look to larger/wider units of high resolution.
