If you're looking to buy pre-built, be aware that some parts like the power supply might be cheaped out on. Basically, know which PSU they're giving you before you make the purchase.

If you'd be building yourself though, you'd obviously be able to build something much more powerful than a system with a RX 590 GPU.

This is very interesting advice. What would you recommend instead of the RX 590?
