Looking to Build/buy a New system

I have a Pentinum Dual Core e6500 with 2.93 ghz with 8 gigs of ram. Running windows 7 64 bit. I am a photographer and graphic designer who likes to watch hd movies and play games at times! I would like to build if funds can allow but I am also open to prebuild systems!

Just set the budget. Practically anything from newest generation would be more than twice the performance of that system.
