Looking to build my first gaming PC, past console gamer. Have some things in mind

So I've done some research in building a gaming computer that will hold its own with the upcoming games to be released. (BF4, GTA5,Watch Dogs and anything that may be after that) Obviously I'm looking for the best power, for the best price.

As of now here are the 3 builds that caught my eye (sorry I don't know how to list components in the way everyone else does on this site lol)

Like I said I just want to know which one of these setups would run the best for hardcore games. They will all cost around the same.
I am a complete noob in the realm of computer building and any help or comments are greatly appreciated.

Where are you buying from? Would you mind if you bought it from multiple retailers?

Out of those 3 builds, build 3 is the best. It has a stronger processor and gpu over build 1. It has a better quality case and psu over build 2.
However, I may be able to help you make it better.

My budget was ideally $750, but it has moved up through research. If I can get something much better for $850 that would be great.
I still need to account for the OS, monitor, DVD drive and Wi-Fi adapter.
Any help is appreciated Im a noob at this and it's all kind of intimidating, but I would love to get into the PC gaming world.

Also multiple retailers is ok, however I can get it for the cheapest price. Don't know if it makes a difference but I live in Canada

In regard to any of these builds, getting an aftermarket CPU cooler (such as a Cooler Master 212 Evo) allows for overclocking and just generally better, cooler performance. Also, you may want to investigate the possibility of getting a small SSD for the OS.

In the 1st build there is a SSD.

What would you suggest for a build (playing hopefully on ultra) for new games at a price point around $800?
I am literally clueless lol, I found these builds on other sites and threads

This rig will be able to run new games such as BF4 with no issues, right? As a console gamer its not something I am use to worrying about lol.

Yes it should play BF4 on at least high. You may be able to do max though, haven't been paying attention to the BF4 benchmarks. You could google "BF4 gpu benchmarks" and see where the GTX 760 sits.

Okay will do. I am only worried if it isnt super high end it will need updating in the next couple years. Is this how it generally works?

All rigs, no matter how high end, will have to be upgraded in 2-3 to keep up with current games. Usually, you only need to upgrade the key component(s) (gpu, maybe processor/ram/motherboard).
