I am looking into PC parts for my first build and was wondering if the following parts work well together:
AMD - Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte - B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Crucial - 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Sapphire - Radeon RX 570 4 GB PULSE Video Card

Fractal Design - Focus G ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair - CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

I made a list on pcpartpicker but I just want to be 100% sure that it will work.

The G series of Ryzen CPUs is mainly used by people who have a low budget and want an integrated GPU with the CPU to save some money rather than buying each one separately. As for your case, however, you seem to want to buy both. I'd recommend you go for a Ryzen 3 or 5 (2nd gen) rather than the 2400G since you'll be getting an RX570...Hope this helps...

It would work but I'd get the Ryzen 1600 or 2600 over the 2400G since you already have a GPU. Maybe go 1600 and use money saved to get the 550W version of that PSU.

If you near a Microcenter you can get the 1600 for $80.

They have the 2600 & same motherboard for $163.

Thanks. I actually live in Cape Town so I don't know if there's a Microcentre here.

Unless that RAM is the Crucial Ballistix, then I'm pretty sure Crucial RAM has really high latency. If that is the Crucial desktop ram, change if for some DDR4-3000 with lower latency. Aim for CAS 16 as good budget RAM.

Can the 2nd gen CPUs run Adobe Premiere Pro? I'm also looking to edit on the PC as I am a film student as well and I can't find any info on the gen of the cpu.
