I'm looking for a budget 1440p monitor, preferably with the specs below but im willing to take what i can get for less than $300

Resolution: 2560x1440
Response Time: 5ms or lower
Panel Type: IPS
Refresh Rate: 60hz-75hz
Screen size: 25-32 inches
Speakers: Two 3w (or better) speakers
Adaptive Sync: Freesync (nvidia compatible)

I've found a bunch of monitors fitting most of those those parameters and Im having trouble deciding, I'm mostly going to use it for gaming
I was also thinking about just staying at 1080p since those are cheaper but I've had 1080p for over 10 years now and my tv is 4k so id really like to upgrade

Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated

Thanks for the recommendation, I know g-sync isnt possible in the less than $300 range but freesync that's compatible with nvidia cards is
I actually considered your recommendation before but decided against it due to the poor TN panel it has

Currently this is the one that is in my top spot to buy right now: https://www.amazon.com/GN27DB-27-Inch-Monitor-FreeSync-GamePlus/dp/B078P57ZWL
Or the TN flat panel version: https://www.amazon.com/GN27DB-27-Inch-Monitor-FreeSync-GamePlus/dp/B07NBM6KYH/ (it seems to be a TN panel that theyve modified specifically to fix the problems TN panels have)

I'm hesitant to buy that brand though as I've never heard of it before, and it only has a 1 year warranty, so I'm still looking
