looking to buy a GPU in pakistan

hello everyone
i live in pakistan and i want to buy a graphics card
my budget is 10000-12000 Pkr = 100-120 USD
but i do not know where to buy it
please recommend some GPUs
and tell me where to buy

Although i recommend going a bit off budget and get this one

The R7 250x will benchmarks at 20-25fps on ultra settings and a 1440p monitor, you can either bump down the video settings a little bit or just use a 1080p monitor (pretty common in pakistan).

The fps can be lower though, it depends on what cpu you have and the rest of your build.
