Be aware there are two versions of the GT 1030. A version with DDR5 VRAM (which was released first so all the review benchmarks would reflect the higher memory bandwidth), and a trash DDR4 version.
The DDR5 version is roughly 3-4 times faster than integrated graphics. Not stellar, but if you're looking for a cheap card with better performance than integrated graphics, I suppose it will do.
The DDR4 version is nearly half the speed of the DDR5 version. So roughly 2x faster than integrated graphics. It's simply not worth your consideration.

Either way, you are probably better off with a used mid-grade GPU for the same price.
