Question Looking to buy a new CPU

Hey! I need help picking a CPU. I hope this post is a lot more productive than the last because I posted the correct specs. I have a little bit of money saved up now, currently at 195 US dollars. I am either looking to buy a ryzen 7 1700 or the x varient or something similar. All help appreciated. Just let me know if this would work. I know there would be bottle necking but I plan to be heavily multi-tasking and streaming. I can currently almost get the frames I need and stream but just not quite there yet!

My specs:

CPU (current) - Ryzen 3 1300x @3.9 ghz

GPU - GTX 1050ti

Mobo - b350m pro-vdh

PSU - EVGA 450 bronze

24 gbs of ram

Case - MasterBox Lite 5 RGB

I also have a 250 gb ssd and a 1tb hard drive
