Looking to buy an external hard disk

I'm looking to buy a 500 GB external hard drive. Some of the drives are 2999 INR, that is a very low price, compared to one I have right now.

Which one is of a good quality and trusted?
If possible I'd want to buy the 2999 drives.

either WD My Passport 500 GB External Hard Disk or Sony HD-EG5/B 2.5 inch

they are all basically the same but the sony one has good reviews and the WD one is a good brand.

What about Seagate or Transcend?

yes good brands really they are pretty much all the same but going with a good HDD brand is preferable, transcend is a good brand too.
