Looking to buy an SSD

I want to upgrade my PCs storage and need SSD suggestions. I have 150$ to spend

Here is my build:
CPU: I5-4460
GPU: ATX Gigabyte GTX 970
MOBO: Gigabyte H97 HD3
RAM: 2x4gb Hyperx Fury
PSU: Cooler Master ATX 650w
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1tb

Would advise going against the 120GB option, jkst not enough storage. For $14 more, you can get the 500GB version. The 850 drives are the best SATA SSDSs you can get.
