looking to buy gtx 760 is there any problem in it

Hey guys! Im looking to buy gtx 760 is there any problem in that gpu ?
Is it my best choice.. ?
On gta 5,farcry 4,assasin's creed black flag,unity,watchdogs,and battlefield 4,how much fps i will get?????
I have p8h3-1 lx3 r2.0 mother board
8gb of ram
i3 processor
500watt psu

The GTX 760 is outdated. You can now buy a GTX 960 for that price.

However because of the i3 processor you will be bottlenecked in some games

Yeah, the 960 may have some numbers that are less in value than a 760 on paper, but in every bench and game test the 960 out performs the 760 by a fairly good margin. It also eats less power and produces less heat.

I know for GTA V you'll be stuck using medium texture settings because of the 2g of Vram on both card, unless you get the slightly more expensive 4g version of the 960.
