2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? 17.3"

3. What screen resolution do you want? 1600x900 / 1920x1080

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? desktop laptop.

5. How much battery life do you need? Doesn't matter, always be plugged in.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? Flash games in browser, nothing high demanding AT ALL.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) Browsing / Flash / word processing.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? 500GB, not much at all.

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc? - dvd rom.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. Doesn't matter, as long as the specs are good.

13. What country do you live in? UK.

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed. The Laptops will be gifts for parents, they don't do anything on them that requires high demand, for the £350-£400 target range I'd like to get the most out of processing power, ram, gpu, so they don't have to purchase new ones later on.

Keeping your budget and requirements in mind, I would like to suggest that Lenovo G70-70 should be your first preference as it meets all the requirements, is in your budget, and has higher specifications as compared to Aspire Es1-711 Pen, The 17.3" Genesis V, and The 17.3" Cosmos III LE.
