[SOLVED] Looking to buy rx5700xt, should I wait?

Since there is rx5500 releasing in 2 weeks, should I wait to buy rx5700xt? Will there be any price impact?

Is MSI rx 5700 xt Evoke OC good? I see reviews that it has problems with thermal pads, should I avoid it?

There's no reason why the RX 5500 would impact the price of the RX 5700XT. The MSI Evoke isn't a bad card, it just wasn't as good as some of the other cards.

The only deal I see for 5700xt in Canada (where I am) is on MSI for CA$30, which is not much of a deal for CA$570 product.
(I could even wait for good cash back credit card deal from a bank, and beat that deal)

Do you think there won't be any price changes within few months?

there maybe, but when its hard to say... and are there any deals on rtx 2070? check for 2070 prices...

Those two GPUs are for diferent price segments, so unless nvidia does some new product launch (which I haven't hear of it yet) it shouldn't be any price change.
