Looking to cut costs on build

I have been planning my first build for a while, however i need to cut costs on the build. any ideas on how to cut costs would be appreciated. pleas note that i do not want to change the graphics card.

swap out the Radeon for the near enough identical performance of the GTX 970 and you can save on the card and on the psu
