4gb class6 sd card written but having unallocated memory 5.71gb is corrupted i tried everything using control panel disk management, cmd disk part method in all fat32 ntfs, easeus partition and recovery, quick format, change in regedit to change its write protection, sd card adapter in case it is write protected. i tried everything which i had but this sd card is not formating. Is there any way to format it?? if there is any way please let me know.

Solution
There is program called bootice, as you said up there your pc doesnt freeze when you try to plug in SD card.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/bootice_64_bit.html
Soo download it,
Start it and window should popup, select your SD card (BE CAREFULL SELECTING CAUSE IT DELETES),
Now select parts manage, select your SD card, there should be saying capacity,
Now after selecting in big Window, select down Re-Patritioning,
Windows should popup and select USB-HDD mode and file system as ntfs and format it.

Other options i don't have cause im unfamiliar with formating HDD (fixing).

Well would this fix your problem? Its a little switch, on your sd card adapter that locks it from Writing on it.

If Chkdsk and SFC don't work then this is a wild suggestion but - Try to create a recovery disk(USB) in Windows with the card in a usb adapter. Windows will warn that the contents will be destroyed but so what. Afterwards (if it worked) you can try to reformat it.
