Question Looking to get a 144hz monitor need some recommendations

I'm looking to get a 144hz monitor that it is not too expensive around 200 pushing 275 euro.
My pc has a gtx 1060 6gb and r5 1600.

I’m not entirely sure if the pc will be consistent over 144fps I’d say if anything upgrade ur cpu I have the r5 3600 I used to have 1600x and what a leap it is only thing is I think with getting a monitor if it’s a priority then you can set it to around 120hrz etc which I’m sure will be manageable, I have the ASUs mg248qe really nice monitor with some neat features

U can set mine to 120 I’m pretty sure and even 75 then once u have a upgraded cpu and gpu then I can obviously upscale the hrz to 144
