Yes, that board offers OC'ing options in BIOS. And it has a heat sink on the CPU's VRM mosfets. (I presume you are talking about CPU OC) You can also do your OC'ing in Windows using Ryzen Master. Start out by disabling turbo and simply increasing the Multiplier until temps are too high or it is unstable. If the latter, increase the CPU voltage one increment and test again. But if you're using the stock cooler, you won't get very far before temps get to high and the CPU throttles.
