Looking to Optimize New PC

I am looking to Optimize My New PC for Gaming. This is My first SLi System - Here are My System Specs:

XFX nVidia 790i SLi MB
Intel Q9400
Zulman 9900 CPU Heat Sync
4G (2x2G) Patriot DDR3 2000 RAM
2 XFX GTS250 1G GPU
Hitachi 160G SATA HD
Sony 24x DVD Burner
ThermalTake 700w SLi PS
All Stuffed in ThermalTake Spedo Case
Logitech G15 KB
Logitech G5 Mouse
Soyo 22.1" Monitor
Vista 64 Ultimate
NAV 360

Latest Patches and Drivers are loaded and I Play WoW, Call of Duty, Company of Heros, Oblivion and others.

All Settings are at Defaults at this time and the System is Very Stable - Best 3D Mark Vantage Score is 12k - 13k. Looking for Best Settings for Gaming.

Have you overclocked the CPU?

have you lowered the mhz and latency of the ram?

it helps with intel cpu's.

I have not yet OC'd the System, but am looking into it. I am looking for the Best Settings for the MB, CPU, RAM and GPUs that will keep the System Stable but Provide the Best Performance when Gaming. This System is Only for Gaming.
