Looking to overclock 7700k

Will a 7700k have low temps on 5.0Ghz with a Deepcool CAPTIAN 240EX WHITE?

Relatively speaking, yes, temps will be below 80c.
However, if you want to go all out there are better options than that AIO.

Short answer nope. The 7700K requires delidding to run decent at 5~5.2Ghz. Takes water cooling just to get in the ball part and even then some get stuck at 4.8Ghz. That cooler will probably get the 7700K to 5Ghz at 75c+ if delidded.

That's under prime 95, a worst case scenario synthetic load with an OC'd CPU where it's running nearly on par with the EK predator 240 at very safe temps.
If anything that just proves the point further that it's perfectly fine.

True I wasnt trying to say it wouldn't work just not at low temps. Under 70c is low to me and never hitting 65C ideally while gaming.

Delidding isn't necessary, voids warranty and is a very sensitive procedure.
